Information collected
Enquiries may include your name, email address, optional mobile number, enquiry type, message, order number where relevant, and one reference image.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss artwork or product requirements, and support an existing order where requested.
Service providers
The planned website uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for form abuse protection, and an n8n workflow with Gmail to route enquiry messages. These services process only the information required for their role.
Reference images
Reference files are used for discussion only. The website accepts one JPG, PNG, HEIC or HEIF image up to 10 MB when the enquiry workflow is enabled.
Retention
Retained enquiry data in the approved workflow must be automatically purged after 30 days. Email records may be retained only as needed to continue the conversation or meet legitimate business requirements.
Your choices
You may ask about the personal information connected to your enquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Use the contact page so the request can be identified and handled.
