After you submit your order, we review the artwork and details. If everything is suitable, we will email an order confirmation and PayNow payment instructions. Production begins after payment is received.
Most personalised items are prepared within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Singapore delivery is included unless otherwise stated.
